I received this message from my sister, Anne, and she asked me to share it with all of you!
December 2010
We hope that everyone is having a joyous holiday season!
It’s hard to believe that it’s been two years since we were in much
need of prayers at the loss of Aimee and for my own recovery. We are
so thankful for all that everyone did for us, and are humbled by the
goodness which surrounds us. I’m almost fully recovered, and have
some double-vision that still bothers me, but is helped by my prism
glasses.
This holiday we are asking for prayers again, but under the very
best of circumstances! In case you haven’t already heard, we were
surprised to find out that we are expecting another child on July 18 -
my 40th birthday! Because I’m 39, and it’s been ten years since my
last pregnancy, we are asking for prayers that all will go well.
Actually, we know very well that God never makes a mistake, so I
must be just the right age! Besides, my doctor doesn’t seem at all
worried, and aside from feeling rather exhausted, I’m doing quite well.
But a few prayers are always helpful and appreciated.
We’re all excited, and looking forward to having a new little blessing
to share.
Have a Merry Christmas!
~Anne (and Tom & family)
We are all praising and thanking Lord for His many blessings, at this beautiful time of year.
I know you will all be praising and thanking Him with us!
Hooray! I'm so *happy* to pray!
