Apparently, Anne's double vision is probably caused by fourth cranial nerve palsy. She sent an update today:
On Thursday I saw my optometrist, and he agreed with the fourth nerve palsy and said that's why I have the double-vision when I look down. He did say that it normally fixes itself in 3-6 months. Anyway, after consulting his ophthamologist friend he gave me the name of a neuro-ophamologist in Homewood. I have an appointment in March to see him.
I still have slightly bothersome vision, but it's definitely improving. I don't notice daily improvements, but probably weekly. I still can't drive, obviously, so I'm thankful we have Grammy here. ...
Thanks for everything, especially the prayers, they keep us going.
