I'm sure that at least part of our experience of heaven will be like experiencing this. Tears of joy and amazement that this kind of noise can come naturally from such unassuming and unpretentious throats.
If you haven't seen Paul Pott's or Susan Boyle's performance on Britain's Got Talent yet, you need to. Because this is a little foretaste of what will happen when we're all safely in the Father's house. He will allow us to see the hidden gifts and talents in others (some more hidden than others) and we will be amazed. And we will see at last the hidden gifts and talents in ourSELVES and we will be amazed.
Even more amazing than our amazement at these hidden jewels is the fact that we will not be envious of others or feel dissatisfied with our own gifts. We will REJOICE with one another, REJOICE with one voice, REJOICE as if others' gifts were our very own, because we will all be giving thanks to the same Source of all.
Taking 15 minutes to watch these videos with your children and help them appreciate how generous God is and how wonderful eternity will be is a worthwhile lesson for a Monday morning, imho.

Wonderful videos, and Happy Mother's Day!

I'm sure you watched Susan's second performance at least via YouTube, or will. I don't know what was more fun to see -- Susan doing a favorite show tune uniquely (if not also personally), or the audience leaping to their feet when she came up to speed in doing her best. I was thinking it was that, but no, because surely nearly everyone comes out and tries to do their best, and some aren't applauded for it. It was something more -- they were rejoicing for her, anticipating her own rejoicing. That's one other gift she has -- rejoicing. I wish it would all hurry up so I could buy an album of hers.

I'll put this here, in case someone important comments above: I'm glad everyone's doing so well.
